DSWD Programs and Services for children

WE HAVE MOVED TO OUR NEW HOME STATION NBN-4.

InfoMedico was conceptualized as a program to enlighten and empower its viewers, most especially the Filipino public, on issues concerning personal health and bring more insight into the medical practice and its related entities.

The main goal of the program is to educate and enlighten its viewers with information and basic knowledge on medical and health topics such as diseases, treatments & therapies, diagnoses, medical resources, current technology and latest breakthroughs in medical research.

The show is hosted by one of the country’s most eminent cardiologists, Dr. Esperanza Icasas-Cabral who was once Director of the Philippine Heart Center. With a battery of noted physicians and medical experts providing their knowledge and insight on topics at hand, Dr. Cabral tackles the various medical issues and delivers the message in a concise and understandable language.

Presentation is in “Taglish” or a combination of Tagalog and English, to enable the show to reach a wider audience all over the archipelago. Topics are selected based on importance, timeliness, season and significance.
